About this place
Room for the whole crew, a short walk from a quiet beach. Southern Seascape is a 5-bedroom pool home with a bunk room on Ocean View Loop in Southern Shores, a residential street with no through traffic and its own neighborhood beach access, lifeguarded in season.
Inside, about 2,800 square feet give three families room to land without stepping on each other: three king suites including the master, a ground-floor queen suite with its own bath, and a bunk room with four full beds. Outside, a private pool and hot tub turn every afternoon into the best part of the day, and a game room with a pool table and dartboard covers rainy afternoons.
A remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and a breakfast bar feeds the whole group, and the dining room is wrapped in windows. An expansive top deck has a peek-a-boo ocean view over the pool, and a covered porch with a porch swing waits for morning coffee.
Southern Shores is the quiet stretch of the Outer Banks between Duck and Kitty Hawk. No public beach parking, no beach driving, no crowds, and you skip the summer traffic heading north to Duck and Corolla.
